Patricia Hurdle Aguilera is the Database Manager for Impact100 Global Veterans and a 21-year Air Force veteran. Patricia is an advocate for Veterans and a strong supporter of organizations that focus on the challenges they face as they transition to life after serving.
During her 21-year career, she served as a Weather Forecaster and held roles as a Professional Development and Suicide Prevention trainer, Sexual Assault Victim Advocate, and Inspector General team member. She participated in a variety of military operations throughout Southwest Asia from 2004 to 2018. Her awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, two Air Force Commendation Medals, Joint Service Achievement Medal, two Air Force Achievement Medals, seven Air Force Good Conduct Medals, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and Nuclear Deterrence Operations Service Medal.
Outside of her military career, Patricia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and her Project Management Professional certification. She currently works as a Business Support Manager at Bank of America. She has won multiple speech contests, volunteered with minority seniors who want to attend college, led the Juvenile Delinquent Rehabilitation Training project, and has held several leadership positions in Toastmasters. Patricia is dedicated to her community and invests in creating opportunities for those who need them.
